Shipping Policy

Everything at Sad Lifting Club is limited — once a drop sells out, it's gone. Here's how we get it to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. During a new drop, processing can take a little longer.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the method you choose:
  - Standard (US): estimated [5–7] business days after processing
  - Expedited (US): estimated [2–3] business days after processing

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it's placed, and aren't guaranteed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Wrong address / failed delivery

Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's shipped. If an order comes back to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with your household and neighbors and allow 48 hours, then contact us. For items lost or damaged in transit, email team@thesadliftingclub.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.

Returns & exchanges

For returns and exchanges, see our Refund Policy — items can be returned within 14 days, unworn and with tags.
